JUSTIN & KELLEY RAMSEY
Co - Founders
Justin handles all the business operations (COO) while Kelley is the heart of this vision and ministry (Visionary).
Through starting Waiting in Hope and finding purpose in their painful journey, it brought hope and healing to their own hearts, and wanted others to experience the same thing. Within years of waiting, infertility treatments, surgeries, miscarriages, road blocks, adoption dreams and a calling to step out and share, the Ramsey's infertility story is full of ups & downs that lead them here. They are both passionate about helping others and seeing them grow.
JENN HESSE
Content Director
As content director at Waiting in Hope Ministries Jenn shapes our voice and messages to meet the needs of our community. She works with an incredible team of contributors, developing content for our blog, social media pages, and other projects.
Before connecting with Kelley and Waiting in Hope, Jenn led a local infertility and infant loss support group for 10 years. She's passionate about studying the Bible and recognizing the image of God in all humans. Jenn lives a loud and full life with her husband and three sons. HALLIE WALLACE
Partnership Liaison, Senior Leader & Tyler Local Leader
After several years of feeling like God wanted her to use her 10+ years in her own infertility journey to help others and walk beside them - we started the Tyler, Texas WiH local group — the first Waiting in Hope local group — in the fall of 2016. along with her co-leader, Amanda Nicholson.
In 2017 she came on as our first National Team member as editor, now she is using her love for groups, leaders and churches to help WIH group. For more of her story, click here.
HALLIE DIMMITT
Social Media Director
She is our all-things social media guru. We call her "HD" around here and she is our answer to many years of prayers for someone who knows SM (and technology) to help us develop our online presence. Also, to ensure we are reaching, engaging, caring, and helping our WIH community and beyond.
She is compassionate, caring, wise, and has been where you have been and understands WIH because she was and is WIH. When she is not planning and creating posts or having Kelley (learn to make videos/reels) she is grateful to get to support her pastor husband and care for their two daughters.
JACLYN TOSCAS
Outreach and Teaching
Jaclyn has been apart of WIH for many years in the creation of the content team and as a writer. She has lead online bible studies along side Kelley and courses online in our Waiting in Hope Connection community. She is a valued voice to many, she brings joy to all, especially as she shared her real-life journey of waiting openly, staying focused on the true hope that has the only power to transform in her waiting.
She grew up in the Houston suburb of The Woodlands and lives in the Washington DC area with her husband of six years. Through her 5-year journey of infertility, IVF and loss, she has discovered great passion in helping women rediscover God’s goodness through their pain. For more of her story, click here.
LAURA SCHWAGER
Interim Executive Director
Laura is passionate about the Lord, the local church, and individuals who are hurting. She cares greatly about the tasks that help WIH impact many. We are thankful and grateful for her decade’s experience in local churches, ministries, business, and administration.
We would not get anything done if it were not for our L. Swag. She has made this ministry run and move forward for the past several years. She is our champion, our cheerleader, our behind-the-scenes taskmaster.
She lives in North Carolina with her two girls and her husband.
CATHIE QUILLET
Counseling Advisor
Cathie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in infertility and pregnancy loss and is the author of the book, Not Pregnant. Cathie's passion for this community developed through her own story of infertility and miscarriage. In addition to the professional hats that Cathie wears, she is most proud to be the wife of Tyler and mama to two boys born an ocean away.
WiH is honored to have her on the team. Cathie’s love, humor and given abilities and training provide a necessary resource and expert guidance to our organization.

JOEL & HAILEE DAVIS
Theological Advisor - Joel + Writers
The Davis's have continually held a role in this ministry throughout the years. Joel is the Community Groups and Discipleship Pastor at Bayou City Fellowship in Houston, Texas and prior to that was a bible teacher at a prominent christian high school.
We are grateful to have his wisdom and discernment to keep WiH biblically and theologically sound in all our curriculum and writings. Not to mention thankful for Hailee's voice within this ministry from their journey of infertility and adoption. For more of their story, click here.
Sarah Molnar
Online Leader
Sarah is a loving wife and aunt who’s love of Jesus grows more each day. She loves to spend time outdoors with her golden retriever looking for new adventures and marveling in the beauty of God’s creation.
Sarah is a loving encourager of people for which we are greatly blessed to have her on our team.
CANDICE KELM
Online Leader
Candice and her husband, Brent, have been married 13 years. They have 2 big fur babies plus 8 adopted embryos they adopted through Nightlight's Snowflakes Embryo Adoption Program.
Candice is an excellent leader who uses her many years on this journey to help more women not walk alone and find hope amongst the pain and unknowns.
